At FROSTR, we believe peace of mind should come standard. That’s why every cold plunge pod and chiller is protected by a full 1-year limited warranty—covering your product from the moment it arrives.


What’s Included:

Your FROSTR tub and chiller are built to withstand the elements, the pressure, and daily use. Our 1-year warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity of the pod

  • Chiller motor & cooling components

  • Digital display & smart controller

  • Standard ports, valves & fittings

  • Internal wiring & seals


What’s Not Covered:

We’re committed to transparency. The warranty does not apply to:

  • Improper setup, misuse, or neglect

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scuffs, fading, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by non-FROSTR accessories or incompatible components

  • Water damage from improper use or non-compliance with instructions

  • Commercial or rental use unless authorized in writing

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs


How to Make a Claim:

  • Your original order number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Once received, we’ll review the claim and provide the appropriate next steps—whether that’s repair, replacement, or component shipment.


Can I Extend My Warranty?

Yes. For customers seeking additional long-term protection, we offer the option to extend the warranty coverage beyond the standard 12 months.
